What we collect

We collect only what we need to answer your request: your name, mobile number, your email if you enter one, plus the vehicle details and services you selected and any notes you write yourself. We also record which language version of the site you used and the page you submitted from.

Why we collect it

For one purpose: to contact you about your request and provide a quotation or an appointment. We do not use your details for anything else without your permission.

What we do not do

We do not sell your data and we do not share it with third parties for marketing. We never ask for financial details through this website.

How long we keep it

We keep quotation and appointment records for as long as needed to serve you and for business record-keeping, after which they are deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

You can write to us to ask for a copy of your data, or to have it corrected or deleted.

Analytics

We may use analytics tools to measure how the site performs. We do not send the contents of forms you fill in to those tools.
